Please email us (by clicking on the CONTACT US link in the upper right corner of this page) to let us know you would like to request a return or exchange. In this email, please include a phone number where you can be reached. 

Items must be returned in original, unused condition. Please include a copy of your sales receipt with your return, and please let us know the reason for your return, as we strive to provide the best service and highest quality product for our customers. We will process your return promptly, although it may take one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Your refund will be processed to the same credit card used to make your purchase. Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable.

Custom design orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a refund under any circumstances due to the personalized nature of the items.
